This questionnaire is part of a study of business organizations which is being conducted by the University of Latvia and supported by the Nippon Foundation and the European Social Fund in 12 countries.

An option to leave an e-mail address is provided at the end of the questionnaire with the intention of sharing the results. The results of the study will help to improve the communication and performance of organizations by revealing the most significant differences in opinion between employees, corporate clients, media and other important publics, as well as by suggesting possible solutions to minimize those differences.

Filling in the questionnaire takes 15 minutes on average. If any question is too hard to answer, feel free to leave it unanswered and go to the next questions.
